John DeLorean didn't have a lot of luckwith the production of his sports car. The De Lorean Motor Company (DMC) was founded in 1975 in Dunmurry, Northern Ireland. Designed by Giugiaro DMC-12 sports car sold very well initially, but then also DMC was affected by the international crisis in the automotive industry. 1982 DMC went bankrupt and John DeLorean died in 2005.
