The Daimler Motor Company was founded in 1896 by Frederick Simms in Coventry. Simms first acquired the rights to build the Daimler engine. 1913 the first cars were produced. In the two world wars Daimler built truck, bike and scout car. After the war the models SP 250 and Majestic Major were presented. Daimler was acquired by Jaguar in 1960. Both companies were in the possession of the Ford Motor Company in 2007. SPACCER is suitable for all Daimler models and improves the ease of entry.
